Matt,
Depends on how much 'duplication' will be done. If the same IP is going to
be used on the new machine, one could copy both domain folders. However, it
is more likely, the new domain will be created slightly differently on the
new machine, so you probably need only the \users folder from the registry.
That may need editing to match the new settings, but that is easily done in
a text editor, then the \users key can be imported.
You will also need the disk folders and files used by that domain as it
contains the users storage areas and their email.

virtual'. They will tell you more about how this works and what can be done.
