RTFKB = read the f**king knowledge base
RTFMLA = read the f**king mailing list archives
Len is usually in a better mood, guess he's had a tough day. If you stay on
this list long you'll soon realize that when it comes to email he knows just
about everything there is to know. (seriously, no joke intended) We do
however seem to cover this particular subject about twice a week.
