The problem is at the AOL end (421 means temporary error on the service and
is the response from the remote). Knowing that AOL does reverse lookups on
the senders 'domain', after the MAIL FROM, I'd say that the server is having
problems getting DNS info (like it says), so it cannot do the reverse
lookup, so it cannot accept email.

Nothing you can do, unless you want to call AOL (you cannot email them!) and
tell them what their server is 'saying' when you attempt to deliver.

The error does not match any AOL shows (see the earlier links, from Korey),
which would eliminate the causes they talk about. So it is not a spam or
open relay problem at your end.
