I would suggest checking-out the capabilities and features of the OEMMail webmail
client (http://OEMMail.com), particularly the POP3 access capabilities. OEMMail is a
versatile, full-featured, professional webmail client that can be seamlessly included
in any domain. Or, it can just be used as a stand-alone webmail client. The basic
features of OEMMail are free, the extended features (including POP3 access) are very
reasonably priced.
