It was a custom program. It was kind of quirky, as the messages would still go to a
mailbox, and it would have to be cleaned out occasionally, so there was a fair bit of
maintainance.
Although it seemed pretty neat, they apparently stopped using it because nobody seemed
to really think it was all that great after all.
