Hello Andy,
I have been using the command line exe to create domains and users in imail
(adddomain.exe and adduser.exe ) but the problem is that it does not work properly
under heavy load , as external exe takes a lot of time to execute and sometimes either
the user is not created , or it is created okay with invalid password , this generally
happens when the no of mail domains on a server exceeds 500. That is the issue I
mailed to imail support team and they suggested that I should alter the registry
entries to make this work without any problem.
Michael Thomas has sent me the encryption routine for user passwords on imail forums
, thanks a lot to him and I have tested it and it works great ! So the problem is
solved know as I am able to create the domains and users for imail from my com object
by directly altering the registry entries for imail.
