> This email message was sent to my users and addressed to "undisclosed

There are 3 types of recipients of an E-mail: "To:", "Cc:", and "Bcc:". "To:" is the
intended recipient(s), "Cc:" (carbon copy) is typically for other people who need a
copy of the E-mail (but may not need to read it), and "Bcc:" (blind carbon copy) is
for "hidden" recipients (that the "To:" and "Cc:" people won't see).

In your case, the recipient(s) on your system were Bcc'd. Most spam is sent that way,
as it is a lot faster to send spam that doesn't have customized headers.

You could filter on the "From:" address, but there are a few legitimate mailings that
will use "Undisclosed recipients".
