That's because you can't serve .swf files with IMail's web messaging
service... the headers aren't set correctly. Can't serve .js or .css
files, either. You should be able to provide a fully-qualified URL to a
.swf file, however, like http://www.yourRealWebServer.com/myFlash.swf, in
the Flash code, as long as your webserver is configured properly to handle
.swf files (via the MIME mapping utility in the Properties dialog of IIS,
for example).
