Are these for accounts that were just created? If so, you need to "initialize" the
account somehow, or certain items won't get saved (forwarding, for example). To
"initialize" the account, you can send an E-mail to it, try to get E-mail from it via
POP3, or one of a couple other methods (logging on to web mail?).
