If I'm understanding you correctly, try this:
Get AspQMail from ServerObjects.com.
ServerObjects.com AspMail (without the Q) probably works like everyone
elses. With the "Q" will create all the emails, place them in a
sub-directory, and a service on the IIS server will then send them to the
mail server. AspQMail is AspMail with that one extra feature.
In our testing, we can spool with AspMail about 1 message every 2 seconds.
With AspQMail, we can spool about 100 messages every 3-4 seconds.
