Depends on weather you are using the IMail database or an external database like MSAccess. If you have an external database, you can just open up MSAccess and look at that users record. If you are using the IMail database then you can search the KB's for a utility that may dump the database from the registory but you would have to dump it everytime you want to look at a password because they change from time to time.
