For relaying, you want to use the "Relay mail for Addresses" option (on the SMTP
Security tab of the IMail Administrator). Then, you click on the "Addresses" button
there and enter all the address ranges that are allowable to relay. Those are the
terms for IMail v6, they may be different before v6.
