[IMail Forum] Alias Issue

Greetings all!!   I am new to this group and I am running into a problem with our IMAIL server v. 5.09.  I am unable to send an e-mail to an alias that we set up some time ago.  This problem has never occurred until today.  I have narrowed it down to the fact that IMAIL has a problem with aliases that are Groups.  Even though they exist on the server, SMTP will not send the message with an error message saying the alias address was rejected.       I am at a stand still and do not know what else to do.  I have looked at the recent changes in 6 and up, but none of the write-ups dealt with aliases.  Can anyone help?   Thanks,   Jason Harris [EMAIL PROTECTED] (205) 251-9171 EXT. 3217
