When the site is up:
http://dev.myownemail.com/Imail/ExtractUsers.htm
It extracts the users to a text file, passwords and all from the registry.
Only if you are using the Imail database.

Evans Martin's web site indicates some people have had problems with
passwords. But in my experience, I've never had any trouble.
