I have a problem with the email forwarding in
imail. I need a one to many regime where a mail addressed to
enquiries@domain1
needs to get to person1 and person2 @ domain2.
However the mail from domain2 is collected by a unix appliance and therefore all
mail for that domain is collected in one account regardless of name and the unix
appliance then distributes the mail on the network.
My problem is that the mail gets forwarded to the
right domain but keeps the enquiries@domain1 destination.
This is a problem because locally on the unix box
enquiries is the account name and is applied to all domains that the box
distributes mail for but enquiries @ each domain needs to be routed to a
different person and there fore actually needs the to: line altered to be
person1 and person2.
Has anyone else had a similar situation.and found a
solution?
