There is another way of getting your mail from work I didnt think about
earlier
set up an alias ie don@domain
forward mail to don2@domain (real mail account) and also to a proper isp
based email account
download from the isp account but send with the works email don@domain in
the reply to field bit of a round the houses approach but it works...
