No, IMail doesn't have a POP before SMTP option.  But, you can use the normal 
anti-relay settings of "Relay mail for Addresses" (entering in all "safe" IP addresses 
there), and use SMTP AUTH for everyone else.

If that just isn't an option for some reason, we will soon be releasing "Declude 
Hijack" that will prevent spammers from relaying using your mail server, while 
allowing your users' mail to go out.
