A couple of the .SMDs (one or two each of the Q*.SMD and D*.SMD files) would actually
be useful, to try to match the method used (such as number of E-mails per recipient)
to the software used to send the E-mail.

It would be very much appreciated if you could (preferably compressed using .ZIP or
