The best way is to use IMail's "Relay mail for addresses" option. You enter in all
the "safe" IP address ranges there. If anyone comes from other IP addresses, they can
use SMTP AUTH. That will stop almost 100% of all external spammers -- they can only
get in by hacking, if possible.
If you have users that may send out spam, or can't use "Relay mail for addresses" for
some reason, our soon-to-be-released program Declude Hijack will help.
