I have a heavily used Imail server that SSL was going down 5-6 times a day.
If you go into your SSL config and increase the session cache setting to
about 200 and reduce the session time to about 58 seconds it helps a little.
Now the SSL only goes down about 1-2 times a day! I have an open ticket
with the Ipswich R&D department. Hopefully they will figure something out
soon.
