This I'd like to see, a mail server that is not subject to a DOS attack. By
the very nature of mail servers they are all vulnerable. It's just a matter
of how vulnerable. Many of the preventive measures you can take do not take
place on your mail server. They take place at border routers and gateways.
Might I suggest you look at Imgate, Declude and the message archive for this
list to the best practices you can have to protect and defend your systems.

It's like I've always said, "You can get
more with a kind word and a two by four,
than you can get with just a kind word."
