Stop smtp.
Using regedit, find the hklm/software/ipswitch key and replace the 2
occurances of $virtualxxx (where xxx is the number associated with your
domain) with the IP you want to use. Make sure the IP is already bound to
your tcpip/NIC.
Start smtp.
You should be in business...

If I wanted to take a virtual domain and convert it to use a IP address do I
have to delete the domain and re-enter it or is there some way I can work
around it without deleting and adding an IP to it.
