Don't check the "increased security" box. That attempts to set a session
cookie, instead of using a session URL string, and there's an IMail bug in
the way the cookie is set in IE (Netscape will work).
Commenting-out that option checkbox on the login.html and plogin.html page
is the easiest fix.
