One of our clients complained the past few days that he is not able to see
his messages when he comes in via the web.  The mailbox is empty.  He
usually checks this from his office before going home.  Today he checked
before leaving and there were no messages showing.  When he got home he
turned on his email application and downloaded 14 messages, most of which
must have been present.  He sent me one from yesterday that had been sent
at 10 am, and received in the same minute at the Imail server.  But he did
not see it when he checked at 3 PM.  45 minutes later he was able to
download it.

I have checked the set up and web access is enabled (he wouldn't have
gotten in otherwise).  I see nothing that is obvious.  Anyone have any
suggestions on what might be happening?
