There are several standard sources for blacklisted IP addresses (RBL, RSS, DUL, 
ORBS...).  Domains and E-mail accounts typically aren't blacklisted, since they are so 
easily forged.  There are, I believe, several lists of spam return addresses -- but be 
careful, because many spammers just take random names from their lists to use as a 
return address.

server to another.

Yes, IMail does have a way to do it -- you can use the "Control Access" button on the 
SMTP Security tab.

Yes, about 99% of all spammers either use a fake return address, someone else's return 
address (that isn't involved in the spam), or a "throw away" return address that will 
likely be deactivated within hours.
