There are several standard sources for blacklisted IP addresses (RBL, RSS, DUL,
ORBS...). Domains and E-mail accounts typically aren't blacklisted, since they are so
easily forged. There are, I believe, several lists of spam return addresses -- but be
careful, because many spammers just take random names from their lists to use as a
return address.

... and it wouldn't do much good, as a spammer constantly switches from one mail
server to another.
> Also, is there a way to ban IP ranges?
Yes, IMail does have a way to do it -- you can use the "Control Access" button on the
SMTP Security tab.
> Because alot of the spam my network gets has spoofed email froms
Yes, about 99% of all spammers either use a fake return address, someone else's return
address (that isn't involved in the spam), or a "throw away" return address that will
likely be deactivated within hours.
