A good start is to suppress hk and jp. That'll get rid of a bunch of
it. As Scott mentioned, return addresses are usually all forged
(Hotmail or so)and you're apt to block a bunch of good domains.
There are some mass-mailing outfits running, such as
postmastergeneral.com, but most of their mail is suppose to be legit
subscriber stuff.
