People have said that they're willing to run the risk of being blocked by 
domains that might start using this latest "blacklist".  I guarantee that 
the "throw the baby out with the bath-water" mentality that has been 
exhibited over this issue will change immediately when the ISP of any 
offender's major customer/vendor starts using this newest listing.
