Cause you ain't filtering .csv files?

Are you looking to filter all files with the extension .csv or just 
correos.csv?

What version of IMail?  For the popular VBS extension I use the following.

H~name=".*\.vbs":spambox
B~name=".*\.vbs":spambox
B~begin 6.*\.vbs\s:spambox
