Actually, there are cases where a file name will be only in the
headers. It is rare, as it only occurs when there is no message body, but
it does happen sometimes. It's quite possible that a new virus (or an
existing one, I'm not sure) might do this, as one of the tricks viruses use
to entice people to open an E-mail is to not have a message body.
