That is the only thing I can think of that would only affect some email and
deliver email to another location. Aliases can do a redirect to another
account, but that would happen to all mail sent to that address. Maybe the
mail that is getting redirected is not really for the user account, but for
some other alias???
When it happens, check the logs and the email header itself, to see if they
offer any clues as to the cause of the redirection.
