[IMail Forum] Need advice!!

My company has new Cell Phones that receive Email. The problem is you have to call in to see if you have mail. The phone also has a message service (text message) that will beep the phone when received. Some of the emails are too big for the message part of the phone I know I can forward the email to the message part of the phone ,but what I need is someway to send a message to the phone that says check your email. . Does anyone have any ideas? thanks Steven
