NT 3.51 was such a piece of crap. I remember preferring an insecure HP Unix
10.12 to NT 3.51. We used to run NT 3.51 on a standalone machine just to
look at it so we could see what it was about, but it was never even plugged
into more than just a test network of two machines. I wasn't sure what
Microsoft was thinking at the time, and I had my doubts then if Microsoft
would be able to make an OS that would perform as Unix did.
