Roy,
Your methods of stopping the incoming mail might not have worked and this
file is in the Queue, attempting to be sent. If you don't want the server to
continue trying to send, you can delete the Q and D files mentioned in the
log in the earlier lines (that you don't show!). You can do it directly or
find them with the View Queue button and delete them in the Queue using the
'Remove' button.

I have been getting barraged with a mail server attempt to send mail through
my machine. I have already set known IP addresses for mail relay, SMTP:
control access to deny the specified emails. POP3: control access to deny
the specified emails. And added the name to a kill file. And have stopped
and started the machine several times. None of these are working.
I don't think it is spam, I think it is just a server run amuck with a bad
email address
