[IMail Forum] Web messaging .TIF attachments

Hello ! When a message with a .TIF attachment is accessed with Web Messaging (version 6), the attachment shows up as a broken or unknown icon instead of the more usual filename.extension like file1.pdf or file2.xls.  Is this a known problem, a configuration error ?   Please help, Thank You.   Bob G.
