I recently started encountering a problem where all recipients in my mailing lists
recieve the same mailing twice. I checked the knowledge base and yes it is actually a
duplicate message. It happens to all the recipients, no the list name is not
subscribed to the list. I actually see 2 entries in the spool when this happens. Can
any offer some insight?
