The easiest option is to tell him to close his open relay, or use another
mail server. That's a very fair request.
The IMail security settings aren't going to help, because they only let you
decide whether or not this customer can send mail through your server.
Another option would be to use our Declude Hijack, which would allow you to
restrict the amount of mail that could be sent in a given time
period. When the spammer next strikes, Declude Hijack would start holding
all mail from your Exchange customer. That way very little (or none) of
the spam would get delivered.
