This is not an IMail issue:

This is coming from their end (or possibly a firewall or gateway on your 
end).  It *implies* that their mail server won't let them send any mail at all!

Same thing here.  The "MGEHKH01/SERV/MGE" smells like Exchange to me.

The only thing I would do is check your MX records to make sure that they 
are pointing to the IMail server, and not this other server.
