If you look at the headers, it actually *does* contain that 
information.  It's just encoded in a way that Outlook 
understands.  Spammers enjoy finding new and unique ways to hide what they 
are doing.  It's just odd that they are doing that to the From: and 
Subject: headers, which doesn't hide any useful tracing information.
