Chris,
First, 10 tries, might not be a long enough time to cover some network
outages. By default the Queue Timer is 30 minutes and assuming you did not
change that, too, then the 10 tries means only 5 hours. I've seen AOL
offline, longer than that! And network outages, too.
Check the log file for these addresses, to find more info to help you
troubleshoot. Since IMail could not deliver and this bounce does not say
'unknown user' or 'unknown host', that means the problem is probably network
or DNS related. The log will tell more.
You might want to check you DNS or even restart it.
