Info Manager is a way for the IMail Administrator to change a users Auto Response message with out logging on as that user via the web. Vacation message sends only once to the person that sent a message to that user and Auto Responder send a message every time someone sends that user a message. If you had a Tech Support department that you wanted to have a can message sent back to that user stating that you have received there message and will respond shortly then you wound use the Auto Responder or Info Manager if using IMail Administrator program.
Hope this helps
