Well, an IRQ not less or equal to error is related to hardware. Becuase you have the tcpip.sys listed as the source, i would say it is the NIC, unless you have a second NIC. May be a buggy driver, if your system usually works okay. Contact the vendor, or maybe put in an intel NIC?
