Hi Kevin.. I had the same problem, it however works correctly on IIS 4.0 and NT 4.0 ( I have two servers with the exact config, only one has NT 4.0 and the other 2000 ) . It may be the version of Perl that is incompatible with 2000 ( Possibly changed hooks in 2k) Unfortunately I can not move my server to 2000 until I can get this resolved, its a shame because, the server is for the NT Engineering Association of SV.
