The E-mail circulating here says that there is a release date of June 
27th.  I can't comment for Ipswitch, but I wouldn't imagine they would 
release an eval version before the public release.  Once it is released, I 
would guess a lot more information will be available (I'm sure everyone 
will be talking about what they like/dislike for a while).
