You have an open relay, which you need to close. To do this, use the
"Relay mail for Addresses" option on the SMTP Security tab of IMail
Administrator. Enter there any "safe" IP addresses. Then, anyone not
coming from one of those safe IP addresses can use their ISP's mail server,
or use SMTP AUTH with your mail server.
Once you have closed the relay, you can go to http://www.mail-abuse.org ,
click on the "RSS" link, and see what to do next.
