Title: RE: [IMail Forum] Archive Capability in Imail 6.0

Except that then you have to logon as that user.  What scares me about that is that once logged in, anyone can delete the messages in the archive.

We have added the email addresses for Exchange public folders to our public lists.  Everyone is then granted reviewer access so that internal users can view messages without accidentally deleting or modifying them.  It's not the best solution, but it works for our environment.

At the risk of sounding stupid, can't you just create a new (fake) user called listarchive and add them to the list? The fake user will receive all messages and you can periodically backup the mailbox for that user.

Subject: [IMail Forum] Archive Capability in Imail 6.0

Is there any way to archive listserve messages in Version 6.0? I run a list serve using Version 6.0 and would like to create an archive of postings.

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Thanks,
