Before you go any further make sure you have applied patches to bring
yourself up to Imail 6.6, apply all the patches to bring SQL 6.5 up-to-date,
and also Windows NT 4 patches or Windows 2000. The fact that you are behind
on your patches may be the source of your problems. If you patch, reboot,
and still have problems check the knowledge base, then ask the list.
