We have traveling employees use Web Messaging or they can access the Imail
server through the Pop3 from a dial up account. Web messaging is set up
very easy, just make sure the option is installed and turned on.

If you server is not blocked by a fire wall they can access from the
external IP and us port 8383.

Subject: [IMail Forum] Remote access to email

How are Imail admins making email available to traveling employees? Is web
messaging the answer? What are the other options? Is web messaging
difficult to setup? Any help is appreciated.
