I have moved my client from a fixed-ip mailserver to a virtual server. After I did that he is not able to pick up his mail (pop the account). Norton AV changes the client (outlook) settings to pop a 127.0.0.1 mail server and then the account is setup like "[EMAIL PROTECTED]/mail.domain.com" (w/o quotes). Now, I believe this was working before I changed his server from fixed-IP to virtual. Has anyone had any issues like this or is it just an Norton deal that does not work correctly and I should tell them to get a new client? thanks, -jason Please visit http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html to be removed from this list.
