That's an invalid MX record; it's the same as if it didn't exist. If you
try to connect to an Internet host (remember, the RFCs require a host name
there, not an IP address) named "208.39.158.132", your DNS resolver would
look for a TLD of "132", which doesn't exist. The problem is that they put
an IP in there, and an IP isn't valid. Kind of like putting a phone number
in the place of someone's address that you are sending mail to; it just
won't work.
You can check the domain at http://www.declude.com/tools using the "DNS
Report" to see the problem more clearly.
