The rumor (which seems to be true, but not confirmed) is that the guy that
ran ORBS is being sued, but apparently his lawyers won't even allow him to
acknowledge that there is a lawsuit. Some people may say that it isn't a
rumor, but unless they can provide a reliable source confirming this, they
are just spreading the same rumor.
